To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
In original packaging
With hygiene liners intact (for swimwear & shapewear)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items
Worn, washed, or altered items
Items without original hygiene liners
Opened or used intimate or sanitary products

3. Return Authorization Required (Important)

Do not send items back without contacting us first.
All returns must be approved in advance.

Clear photos (required for damaged or defective items)

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, rejected, or not refunded.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will review the case and offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement
Refund
Partial refund (if applicable)

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection.

If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time depends on your payment provider (usually 5–10 business days)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service

We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (after approval) and place a new order.
