Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to multiple international destinations, including the United States, Europe, and select other countries.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, depending on:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Zenlaya is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Zenlaya is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Zenlaya is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at service@zenlaya.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
